A combination of online and in-person training will afford you time in your own home to fully embody this work on a personal level, before attending the in-person professional Abdominal Therapy training in Twickenham.

Initially, you'll attend an online 6hr Introduction Class, and be taught the Abdominal Therapy Collective’s unique Your Abdominal Massage for your personal continuing health improvement, as well as how this massage affects digestive and pelvic health.

Then, you'll attend a 3-day in-person class where you'll learn and experience anterior Abdominal Therapy techniques, and be shown how to offer this work to your clients.

Finally, to support your training, an online 2hr Mentoring Class is offered at a later stage.

The training consists of:

  • 6 April - Online Introduction, 10am-4pm: Conducted via Zoom, you'll be introduced to this work and learn how to perform Abdominal Therapy on yourself. Abdominal and pelvic anatomy and physiology will be discussed, along with many complementary care tools to support wellbeing.

  • 19-21 April - In-Person Class, 9:30am-6pm: You'll learn the practical applications of anterior Abdominal Therapy and have plenty of time to share and practice. You'll leave the 3-day training fully qualified and able to offer your clients a comprehensive anterior Abdominal Therapy treatment.

  • 25 May - Online Mentoring Class, 10am-12pm: This mentoring opportunity is offered to discuss any questions that may arise after leaving in-person training.
